I will say I had the best car buying experiance ever. I used the Sam Swope website to get a more information on a car I had my eye on, Paul Miller called me.Even on the phone he was not pushy at all. I ended up coming back for the next 3 days to test drive the cars.I probably drove him crazy. I could not make up my mind. Most salesmen would have pushed me to buy something. Not Paul, He let me take my time. I cannot say how much that was appreciated. I even backed out when we started with the paperwork and wanted to drive the other car one more time. Paul did not hesitate to let me drive the other car. Paul wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. Not just getting a sale. Hated buying cars till now

I was extremely nervous about buying a used car, unsure of what kind of car I'd be able to get since my most recent auto loan was in 2005. Sam Swope offers an online credit application so I figured I'd give it a shot and see what they could go for me.
You know how used car salesmen are, right? Forget all the shady things you might have heard about them and go see Paul Miller at Sam Swope Mitsubishi.
My credit app and info was handed over to Paul back when I first applied in June. I spent another six months dragging my feet around until I was finally fed up with the car I owned. So even though I wasn't in the market for a Mitsubishi it was Paul Miller who I emailed back.
As I said I was very apprehensive about the entire process but Paul Miller made it as painless as possible. Within fifteen minutes or so of my arrival they had pulled up this spectacular '08 Impala and Paul put me behind the wheel. My first thought was WOW, and then of course, "how much is this going to cost me?" But Paul had really gone to work for me, and found me the car I bought on the first try.
I gave him my criteria, the most I was willing to pay per month and what general kind of vehicle I was looking for and he certainly delivered and exceeded my expectations. Paul found me a great low-mileage used car within in my price range. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process at Sam Swope Mitsubishi. He didn't try too hard to sell me a car, but let's be honest he is a GREAT salesman, a really great guy, and was willing to work with me.
If you're looking for a car, I would say go to Sam Swope and ask for Paul Miller. But you really gotta watch out for this guy! ---- he is going to do such a good job for you, you'll probably end up getting a car that day! Thanks again everybody.

My family and I were customers of Sam Swope Mitsubishi while living in Elizabethtown KY, and my work forced us move to Cincinnati, OH. We recently needed to replace our Lancer Evolution that was totaled by a deer, and we shopped both Mitsubishi dealers here in Cincy. However, the level of product knowledge, customer service, and financing options were no where close to how we were treated in our past experiences with Sam Swope Mitsubishi on Husrtbourne Lane in Louisville. In fact, the sales manager at Joel Cooperstein at Kerry Mitsubishi here in Cincinnati challanged us to see if any other dealer could beat there price (they wanted sticker plus a bump sticker and double digit interest rate!). So on a whim, we decided to drive down and see if that service level was still available or confirm that car dealers just don't have that high level of honest customer service. Guess what happened? Arthur Wilson remembered my wife and I by our first and last names, and greeted us with his genuine smile. I must share that his product and market knowledge, along with a real interest in getting our needs met more than making a sale, is legendary and unbeatable by any other dealerships we've ever visited in the past. When we discussed bottom line price with Kent Donohue in finance, we had not only a low interest rate but a deal THOUSANDS less than the other dealers! So we not only replaced my Lancer, but also traded in our Honda for a second Mitsubishi for my wife. As a regional manager for a busy pharmacy 'America Trusts', I hire and deal with a huge amount of employees. The high customer service level as well as the professional yet personal aspects of both of our new car purchases allows me to rank Sam Swope Mitsubishi among the greats such as Disney, Ritz Carlton, and P&G. My sales person was Art Wilson and he was absolutley fantastic! He worked with me to help me stay within my budget and went above and beyond what any salesman should. He never tried to push me into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford and answered all of my questions honestly, to help me make the right decision. This was my first car buying experience and I was really apprehensive about the whole thing, but Art made it completley painless. I would absolutley recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car and I will definitley go back to him in the future.

Will be a repeat customer. When I went to Sam Swope Suzuki I was not pushed into a car that I didn't want. My salesman listened to me and helped me find the car that I wanted. My salesman was Micah Wiggins, and I would recommend my friends to him. I've been to other car lots and was never treated as good as I was at this dealership and this salesman.
